Are There Ranks In Gunji Taiho Jutsu?
The development ranks White, Yellow, Orange, Green, Brown 3, Brown 2, and Brown 1 are kyu grades. Official rank in GTJ comes with becoming an instructor at the basic instructor one, senior instructor two, and master instructor three ranks. It should be noted that if a Gunji Taiho Jutsu student passes successfully a GJT Kata testing of both Ichi-No-Kata and Kaiten-Katame-No-Katas the Tori, these evaluations will meet the requirements to earn a Gunji Taiho Jutsu Yūdansha certification. Yūdansha means one that holds a dan rank.
